Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care

Dementia is the most common symptom but others could include but not limited to withdrawal from regular activities, disorientation of place and time, difficulty performing day to day tasks like bathing, memory loss, decreased judgment, misplacing items and all these could place your loved one in danger even in their normal environment.
Adult Mental Health
1st Choice goal of long term recovery program – Home and Community-Based Services Adult Mental Health aka HCBS-AMH(prospective / coming soon venture) – provides services to adults with serious mental illness.
Parkinson’s:
This is another disease that about 1.5 million are living with. Symptoms can be slow movement, rigidity of limbs of tremor of hands and other body parts. These can translate to difficulty bathing, eating, or moving around as your loved one has been accustomed to.
Multiple Sclerosis:
This is damage to spinal cord that disrupts movement and ability of part of the nervous system to communicate. It is sometimes difficult to predict when and where the body will be incapable of doing functions desired by your loved one.

After discharge from the hospital, institutional facility or you are already in the community, our staff will assist to coordinate services to meet your condition of health towards recovery and prevent revisit to hospital or worsened conditions

We have residential single-family homes in areas of the metroplex to prevent homelessness and assist those with disabilities.
