About Our Program
1st Choice Preferencia Adult Day Center is a planned program of activities designed to promote well-being through social and health related services.
We operate during daytime hours, Monday through Friday, in a safe, supportive, and cheerful environment.
At 1st Choice Preferencia Adult Day Center it is our goal to provide relief to family members caring for loved ones at home. We aim to provide companionship and care for individuals living at home and prefer to remain in their home. Additionally, time at our center provides company for adults who cannot manage independently or who are isolated and lonely.
Meet Our Staff
Our staff includes the facility nurse, an activity director / coordinator and various levels of care attendants that work with challenged adults and seniors.

Bingo, dances, and daily exercise to help maintain existing mental and physical abilities.
Nutrition
1st Choice Preferencia Adult Day Center has partnered with the Department of Agriculture to ensure your loved one receives nutritious hot meals at specific times for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.
Activities of Daily Living
Assistance with grooming, shower and toilet as needed to maintain dignity and respect.
Health Services
Physical therapy, blood pressure monitoring, glucose and other medication administration.
Transportation
We provide transportation within reasonable range to physician offices as needed. Day trips and neighborhood field trips are also available.
